Penland Construction Services started in 1988 with a car and a ladder. Since then, we've completed over 4,500 projects at 99.8%. Few contractors have this rate over a span of 36 years. 

25% of our clients have hired contractors with undesired results. Of course, they are difficult to contact, delay or extend the project's duration, and hard to get along with. The work comes with a mix of lies into their situations. 

Over the years we've listened to our clients and correct the mistakes made by others. We check our own conduct and work proficiency. 

Beware of large companies with "B" Crews. The difficulty is that you won't know that it's not an experienced or well-run crew until the work begins. 

Our project managers' work experience range from 36 to 12 years, we have procedures for each project and the mission is to meet our client's expectations.
